1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SchoolPulse platform ("Service"), participating educational institutions, administrators, teachers, and parents agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Institutional Responsibilities

Subscribing schools are responsible for maintaining accurate student rosters, issuing authorized physical ID cards, and managing administrator access credentials. SchoolPulse is not liable for unauthorized physical card usage caused by un-reported lost or stolen physical ID cards.

3. Platform Availability & Service Levels

SchoolPulse provides a 99.9% target uptime SLA for core attendance logging, result releases, and emergency bulletin broadcasts. Scheduled maintenance is communicated to administrators at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, trademarks, and UI components comprising SchoolPulse are the exclusive property of SchoolPulse Inc. Institutional data remains the sole property of the subscribing school.
