2. Physical ID Card Verification & Blurred Reveal

SchoolPulse utilizes an encrypted "Blurred Reveal" protocol. Student academic scorecards and term-end ledgers remain strictly locked and obfuscated until a parent or authorized guardian physically verifies their identity via an active physical student ID card scan. No biometric or raw card data is shared with third parties.

3. Financial Ledgers & Debt Privacy

Our Debt Privacy feature allows participating institutions to hide or disclose tuition balances from parent portals under strict administrator control. All payment ledger records are stored using bank-grade AES-256 encryption.

4. Data Retention & Cohort Expiry

When student cohorts graduate or leave an institution, their active physical ID card access automatically expires, and past academic records are securely archived in immutable storage.
